The Initial Consultation includes:
- Discussion about client's health goals
- Full health history taken, including family health history
- Laboratory test recommendations
This is what is included in the next follow up consultation:
- Discussion of the test results and presentation of your programme, which has been formulated to your results and is tailored to your health goals
Fees
- 60 minute initial consultation in clinic or via Skype plus formulation of your personalised programme based on your test results and heath goals. Includes one week's meal suggestions according to your likes, dislike and any food intolerances. Simple, tasty, easy to prepare reecipees plus shopping tips £350.00
- 30 minutes follow up via Skype usually every 4 weeks or as necessary £100.00
- 15 minutes telephone appointment for any additional support that the client requires £50.00
Please note that if laboratory testing or health supplements are recommended, these would be an additional cost and at the recommended retail price. These would be discussed during the consultation
All consultations must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. Payment can be made by debit or credit card. American Express is not accepted.
Cancellations/ Changes to bookings:
Initial Consultations must be paid for at the time of booking and the fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, a change to the date may be made, where possible.
Please note that we require 24 hours notice for any cancellation/change you may wish to make to a follow up booking. Patients who cancel their follow up appointment within the 24 hour notice period will incur a late cancellation fee, which is the full cost of the consultation.
