Holly’s menus and recipes are delicious, easy to make and are ultimately healing my body. They have helped me to lose weight, enjoy cooking, preparing and eating food again and have introduced me to exciting new ingredients I never knew existed – and that’s coming from a foodie!
I had tried for years to find answers about my hair loss. I saw so many people and spent a fortune – unfortunately none of it worked. My hair didn’t grow unless I was given steroid injections but the wispy regrowth was very short-lived – as soon as the injection wore off, the hair fell out. It’s so depressing as a woman to have this problem and it has seriously affected my self-confidence.
Then I met Holly through the Harley Street IBS & Autoimmune Clinic that was treating me. It was so refreshing to be listened to and you get the feeling that she really does care. “For 31 years of my life I could eat what I wanted. This year I found out I was gluten and dairy intolerant. When I found out I was intolerant I desperately needed help and advice on what I could eat and how to prepare my food. I had to make a complete lifestyle change and I had no idea where to start. I was referred to a nutritionist called Holly Grant. I have to be honest and say I was just expecting a shopping list and that was all. I could not have been more wrong. I cannot recommend Holly enough. I got a whole week's worth of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, they all came with a step by step guide on how to cook and prepare my meals.
The meals were quick and very simple to follow, perfect for a working person. Not only did I have all the recipes, I also had a detailed shopping list including information on where to buy the ingredients and a picture so I knew exactly what I was buying and didn't have to waste money on buying the wrong ingredients. What I also really loved about it was that the ingredients could be bought in my local supermarket and were not expensive. I love how Holly took a detailed look at foods I liked and disliked and worked to incorporate all the foods and cultural foods I enjoyed that I could still enjoy being gluten and dairy free.

With a gluten intolerance and a desire to gain muscle mass whilst losing excess body fat (I needed to lose weight), my dietary options were incredibly challenging. Holly put together a well-crafted detailed meal plan across various cuisines along with healthy nutritious snacks. She explained to me what certain foods provided and how they worked in the healing process of my body. Holly was extremely helpful with the nutritional basics first by telling me what each meal my three year old child eats should be made up of - I thought I was feeding him healthily but wasn't! Holly created a weekly menu planner for me full of easy and child friendly recipes. With suggested substitutions if certain things weren't a success (as children can be quite fussy!) She provided lots of additional recipes so plenty of variety if things get boring! I needed ideas on how to get my son to drink more and what food he could take with him to a party as I am limiting his sugar intake - again she had lots of great ideas. Within a short time of being on this new diet, his challenging behavior disappeared, he became very settled and calm and he lost the excess weight
